Eyecopia 2.0 Help System
-How to Send in an Eyecopia Error Report-
Error reports provide our team with useful information that will help diagnose issues you may encounter. We do not use this information for any other purpose but in assisting you and improving the Eyecopia application.
Access the Error Report Dialog Window
If you receive an Eyecopia error message, you will be prompted to send in an error report. Please click the link to start the process. If you would like to send in an error report, but have not received an error, you may go to Start Menu > All Programs > Eyecopia > Send Error Report to open the dialog window.
Provide Information for the Error Report
All information provided in this dialog is optional, but please be aware that error reports are most useful if you provide additional information regarding the issue you encountered.
- Description: Our team is very appreciative of detail in this area. Explanations of steps taken that lead to the error or issue are very helpful, as are any recent modification you may have made to your system.
- Contact Requested: If you would like a response from our helpdesk regarding the specific error you encountered or situation you described above, please check the box labeled I would like the Eyecopia team to contact me regarding this problem.
- Follow up email address: Please provide an address where you would like our team to contact you regarding this situation
Send Error Report to Eyecopia
Simply click the Send button at the bottom of the dialog and Eyecopia will create an error report and send it to our team for examination. If you requested a response from our team, we will contact you at the email address listed once we have sufficient information to address your issue.
