-How to Move your Eyecopia License to a New Computer-
If you have registered your Eyecopia license previously and now need to move it to a different computer, you will need to transfer your license. To do so, complete the following process on the new computer.
Transfering your license:
- Install the latest version of Eyecopia
- Open Eyecopia
- Click on the Register button in the Eyecopia toolbar
- Enter your active Eyecopia license information. You can find this information listed either in the Eyecopia Registration Information email or in the About dialog on the computer with the current Eyecopia registration
- Eyecopia will inform you that the code you entered is already in use and will ask if you would like to transfer it to this computer. Agree by clicking OK
- We will issue a new license renewal email to the address used when the Eyecopia license was purchased
- Click on the Register button to reopen the registration dialog window, if necessary. Now, use the information contained in the renewal license key code to complete the registration process
When entering registration information, we recommend that you copy and paste the bold information directly from the Eyecopia Registration Information email into the registration dialog, as that will remove the possibility of misinterpreting any of the characters or symbols.
