-How to Re-register Eyecopia on the Same Computer-
If you have registered your Eyecopia license previously, but something caused Eyecopia to become unregistered, usually due to system malfuncton or upgrade, you will need to re-register your license. To do so, complete the following process.
Re-registering your license:
- Make sure the latest version of Eyecopia is installed
- Open Eyecopia
- Click on the Register button in the Eyecopia toolbar
- Enter your active Eyecopia license information. You can find this information listed in your most recent Eyecopia Registration Information email
When entering registration information, we recommend that you copy and paste the bold information directly from the Eyecopia Registration Information email into the registration dialog, as that will remove the possibility of misinterpreting any of the characters or symbols.
If Eyecopia informs you that the code you entered is already in use and asks you if you would like to transfer it to this computer, then Eyecopia does not recognize this computer as the original computer. This can happen if you have replaced certain components on your system. If this is the case, you will need to do a license transfer instead of re-registration.
