-Event Notes on the Monitor Page-
Notes are a simple and fun way to add additional information to events. Notes are not used to organize or search for events, but instead allow the user to add a personal touch or reminders for specific events.
Writing Notes
To write a note, click on the Notepad like the one shown on your right. Once it is selected, a cursor will appear and you can type any message you wish.
Attaching Notes
To attach a note to an event, make sure the desired event is selected in the Event Inbox. You may choose to attach a note to multiple events at one time by selecting multiple events. Once the desired events are highlighted in the Event Inbox, click the Attach button. You will then see a copy of the note show up in the Event View area for every event you selected.
The Attach button will be disabled unless you have selected an event and entered text.
Removing Notes
If you would like to remove a note from an event, click on the
icon located to the
left of the note you want to remove. The note will be permanently
deleted.
