"Eyecopia is not publishing information to the web"

If you are unable to get Eyecopia to publish information to the web at all, then you are most likely experiencing issues with the your web publishing configuration. Please review that section below. If you are having trouble because Eyecopia is not publishing the right information or is not publishing what you expect, please continue to the section on web publishing content.
Web Publishing Configuration
If Eyecopia is not publishing information to the web, please review the following:
- Verify that your internet service is connected
- Check that the Web Publishing Override toggle button is set to ON
Open the Web Publishing dialog window.
Make sure that you have provided a
website title, selected a
website template,
and provided a viable and properly formatted
web location to receive the
web content created by Eyecopia.
Verify that you have enabled web publishing for at least one of your
camera devices by using the Camera Setup
Wizard. Click on the Setup button in the Camera
Options area of the Setup page. In the Camera Setup
Wizard, click next until you get to the
Web Publishing step. Now,
make sure that you have checked the box next to
Allow web
publishing- Send in an error report if you have reviewed all other possible causes and are still experiencing this issue
Web Publishing Configuration
If you are able to successfully publish information to your web location, but the information is not what you expect, please review the following:
- Verify that you have enabled web publishing for all of the camera devices that you want to publish by using the Camera Setup Wizard. Click on the Setup button in the Camera Options area of the Setup page. In the Camera Setup Wizard, click next until you get to the Web Publishing step. Now, make sure that you have checked the box next to Allow web publishing
- Also on this step of the Camera Setup Wizard, verify your settings for what content you want each camera to publish. You can control how often the live view is updated, how many events are published, and how many snapshots to keep on the website.
- Now, check that your web publishing cameras are actively monitoring. You will need to verify that the the Monitor Override toggle button is set to ON and that any monitoring schedules are currently active
- If one of your cameras becomes disconnected, Eyecopia will no longer publish information about that camera to the website
- If Eyecopia is closed down while web publishing is active, it may have interrupted Eyecopia while uploading information. This could result in website errors or missing information
- Send in an error report if you have reviewed all other possible causes and are still experiencing this issue
