Eyecopia Remote 2.0 Help System
-How to turn on or off a specific Eyecopia server-
This guide assumes that Eyecopia Remote has already been successfully installed on your computer. To turn on or off a server, complete the following:
- Open the Eyecopia Remote application and look at the Eyecopia Remote Toolbar at the top of program interface. Use the Server Selector on the left side of the toolbar to switch to the specific Eyecopia server you wish to turn on or off.
Select the Setup tab to go to the Setup page. The two
buttons at the top of the page are what we need for this activity.
- If you want to connect to this Eyecopia server (turn on), click on the Connect button.
- If you want to disconnect this Eyecopia server (turn off), click on the Disconnect button.
- Now, check the status of this server at the bottom of the Setup page. It should now reflect the action you just took. Congratulations, you've completed this guide!
It may be easier to think of this as selecting whichever button is highlighted. You cannot disconnect a disconnected server, or connect a connected server, so just click the highlighted button to change the status.
