Eyecopia Remote 2.0 Help System
-How to update your email address-
This guide assumes that Eyecopia Remote has already been successfully installed on your computer. If you are have been given rights to receive event notifications, you may use this guide to view and update the email address and the email preferences used by specific Eyecopia servers for your contact name. To complete this activity:
- Open the Eyecopia Remote application and click on the Contact tab to go to the Contact page.
- Now, look at the Eyecopia Remote Toolbar at the top of program interface. Select the Eyecopia server name that you want to change your email address for by using blue arrows on the Server Selector.
- To update the email address for this server, clear the text field and enter the desired email address. Then click on the Apply button in the top right of the page to save this setting.
- If you would like to change other email options for this server, such as attachments or size limits, you can do that here as well. Click the Apply button to save your new settings.
- Congratulations! You will now receive email notifications from this server at your updated email address.
You must complete this process for each individual server that you want to update. Also, be sure to use the Apply button or your changes will not be saved.
